- Single Award or Multi-Award? This work shall consist of the repair patching of spalled concrete and cleaning/treating of reinforcement steel on the reinforced concrete stairs north of Arapahoe Rd. on the east side of I-25 (northbound side) at the RTD Arapahoe Station. The project Work is elevated approximately 28 feet above the ground (Contractor to verify prior to bid). Access to the Work shall not be allowed directly from the top of the stairs. Access to the Work shall be from below the stairs via a lift device. The south half of the stairs shall remain closed to pedestrian traffic during the Work (at all times). Bus loading/unloading shall not be disrupted.
