This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, requestfor quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct orindirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to thisannouncement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals orthe authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received forthis effort. Contract award for this solicitation is contingent upon upper-level review and concurrence with this requirement.
1. The contractor will provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision, and test equipment to perform the 5-YearArc Flash Safety Service Testing at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center at 5500 E. Kellogg Ave. Wichita, Ks67218. The Arc Flash Safety Service will identify electrical system hazards and provide proper labeling andrecommendations for remediation per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Institute ofElectrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) safety standards and industry practices.
