Description
AFTC/PZIA located at 100 Kindel Drive, Suite A332, Arnold AFB, TN 37389 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Fabric8 Labs, Inc. (CAGE code 7MVV1), to meet the Government-s requirement for Arc Heater Segment Refurbishment. Fabric8 Labs, Inc. successfully delivered a prototype under a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Agreement, FA86492099114. This will be a follow-on FAR-based contract awarded to Fabric8 Labs, Inc. utilizing 10 U.S.C 4022(f) for direct award authority. Additionally, Fabric8 Labs, Inc. currently has SBIR data rights for this work.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM CST, April 14, 2025. All questions and comments should be addressed to Mr. Andrew Waggoner, Contract Specialist, andrew.waggoner.3@us.af.mil and secondary contact, Ms. Erica Anglin, Contracting Officer, erica.anglin@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
