This is a sources sought notice for the Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services Program at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), Illinois. Offers or proposals will not be accepted and questions regarding this program will not be answered in response to this notice.
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the number of responsible sources and the potential for small business concerns. The information gathered will be used to determine the best acquisition strategy for the program, which will consist of the solicitation and award of up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the execution of Title I, Title II, and other A-E services. The anticipated performance period of the program will be a 12-month base period plus four (4) option periods of 12-months each. Each IDIQ contract will have a total value of $2.4M with individual task order values ranging from $3,000 to $1,500,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Codes are 541310, Architectural Services, with a size standard of $12,500,000 and 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25,500,000.
