- Description:
- In this solicitation, the City is seeking a licensed architect with experience in the design of grounds/landscape maintenance yards for the design of a new maintenance yard at the Los Robles Golf Course. Experience in design plans for maintenance yards specifically on golf courses is a plus, but not a requirement. The City desires a pre-fabricated structure to replace the existing maintenance building. The scope will include architectural services for the design, preparation of permit drawings to be submitted to City of Thousand Oaks Building & Safety, and/or any other Authority Having Jurisdiction, and consultant services for contractor selection and construction administration. Architect/consultant shall be responsible for all engineering disciplines required to complete the design. The selection of a contractor for construction shall be done through a separate competitively bid process.
