The Louisville District, US Army Corps of Engineers, is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,330 square feet of commercial retail office space located within the city of Parma Heights, OH. Offered space must be fully serviced, contiguous space able to be built out with security and IT requirements. All proposals must be able to meet qualifications within the attached draft lease & construction specifications package and be willing to accept a five-year lease.
