Description
The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 500 W. Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania 19121. The space shall contain adequate parking for approximately eight (8) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The space must also have a secondary means of egress or the ability to add one. Must use Government Lease.
