THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

This RFI will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities available. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. All requested information is intended to facilitate the Government’s market research efforts and inform the Government’s acquisition strategy.

The Government will NOT reimburse any Contractor or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this request for information.
