Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice only, do not respond. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Armored Car Courier Services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, Agent Cashier and Canteen Service, located in Battle Creek, MI. The Government intends to publish an 100% Small Business set-aside Open Market solicitation on or about 09/15/2025. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Offeror section of the solicitation for Armored Car Courier Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 Armored Car Services with a size standard of $43 Million. Responses will be evaluated via comparative evaluation utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, see solicitation for specific evaluation criteria. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The closing date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 09/19/2025 at 11:00AM ET. All solicitation documents may be accessed to download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities via Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.An opportunity will be provided for Offerors to ask questions; the details will be provided on the posted solicitation. Once the questioning period is closed, the Government will post a response to all questions on SAM.gov via solicitation amendment within 24 hours. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit.All Offerors shall ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM and includes NAICS code 561613 at the time of RFQ submission through award.
