Please respond to this RFQ by emailing both contacts with your responses to: Jack Caniglia (Primary Contact) at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil or Amanda Mateo (Secondary Contact) at amanda.mateo.3@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 A.M. CST, 19 February 2025 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Please respond on the attached document named: Solicitation - FA301625Q0062 with Two Front Pages with pricing information. Pricing information shall be good for 90 days.
Any and all questions will be due by 10:00am. CST, 12 February 2025 - Wednesday. All questions must be email to Jack Caniglia; jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil on the attached Question and Answer Form. Once received Questions will be answered within the next 2 business days after the closeout of the Questioning period and posted on this site.
Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will notbe considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
