This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 332999 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 750 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS.
FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.
52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984)
The Minnesota Air National Guard has a requirement for the installation of a secure door frame and GSA Class 5 vault door.
The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment required to replace existing non-secure door and frame with a new GSA Class 5 vault door fitted with a FF-L-2937 mechanical combination lock.
*Door and frame must be able to fit current rough opening of 40”w x 88”h.
*Contractor must provide engineering submittal of door/frame for government acceptance prior to ordering.
*All work must be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
*Must meet GSA Class 5 vault door requirements, FF-L-2937 combination lock. Door and frame installation must comply with DoDM 5100.76.
