This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC-RSA) proposes to acquire Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSRs) in support of the H-60 Series aircraft. This requirement will be procured as a new, five (5) year/60-month, fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, sole source to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation at 6900 Main Street, P.O.
