The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the item listed below. The required item is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.

Eddy Current Inspection Probes
The salient characteristics listed below reflect the characteristics essential to the minimum needs of the Government for Eddy Current Tubing Inspection instruments:
Multi-Frequency capabilities (dependent on material inspection material type) 50- shaft length Compatible 36 pin adapter/connector SAPS-CXB4 probe design 0.460” probe diameters, etc. Ability to perform bobbin/array inspections in accordance with NAVSEA Technical Publication 2032The requirement will be solicited OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPLETITION-BRAND NAME ONLY. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 334519, OTHER MEASURING AND CONTROLLING DEVICE MANUFACTURING with a size standard of 600 employees. The Product Service Code is 6635.
