The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a array spectroradiometer. If no alternate sources are identified, the Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Gigahertz-Optik, Inc.(110 Haverhill Rd. Amesbury, MA) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) only one reasonably found source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516.
NIST has a need for a array spectroradiometer that meets or exceeds the following draft minimum specifications:
The Contractor shall provide one (1) array spectroradiometer that meet the following minimum specifications:
This[T(1] purchase of a spectroradiometer is to meet the Sensor Science Division-s need for delivery of one standard spectroradiometer. The unit will be used in a military laboratory at 20 deg. C, 20 - 80 %RH to perform critical calibration of spectroradiometric measures with long-term stability of One spectroradiometer with a minimum spectral range from 280 nm to 1100 nm and a bandpass no larger than 1 nm. Dual detectors: a thermoelectric cooled back-thinned CCD array detector with at least 2048 pixels and a silicon photodiode detector with a photometric filter. 16-bit analog to digital converter for the CCD array detector. Stray light: 0.02 % or lower, plus software stray light correction. Input optic: on-housing irradiance probe (without using an optical fiber) with a cosine angular response quality index f2 no greater than 3 %. Compact, weather-proof, temperature stabilized housing with dimension no larger than 110 mm x 110 mm x 55 mm (Length x Width x Height). ...
