INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS (ITO)/GENERAL INFORMATION
The quotation must be clear, concise, and must include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of stated claims. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishments are unnecessary and are not desired.
This acquisition will be set-aside exclusively for competitive award among Small Business concerns. To be considered the vendor must be classified as a small business under the North American Industry Classification
System (NAICS) code 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical Systems and Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1350 employees.

DIRECTIONS FOR SUBMITTING QUOTATIONS
Offerors must complete Blocks 12-14, & 16 of page 1, (Please note: Block 13 must be signed by an official of the firm authorized to make binding contractual commitments for the firm); Block 10, Section B (Supplies or Services); relevant fill-in clauses highlighted in yellow contained in the Terms and Conditions. Completion of these documents indicates that the offeror has read and agrees to the entirety of the terms and conditions contained in the RFQ.
Offers must be received by the date/time set in Block 9 of Page 1, electronically as allowable under AMS Clause 3.2.2.3- 20 to the Contract Specialist at scott.roberson@faa.gov. Please include the quotation number "6973GH-25-Q-00059" and company name in the subject line of the email.
