- Description : The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts seeks to work with a contractor to manage and implement an initiative previous named Museum Without Walls: Arts Education Initiative. The Arts Education for Healthy Communities Initiative will provide funding and opportunities for teaching artists to partner with community centers, libraries, houseless shelters, etc. to provide arts education experiences for their community members on all the islands of Hawaiʻi to provide meaning ways to connect and combat the isolation epidemic. This program will serve communities that may not otherwise have access to arts education programming.
