Description:
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQual), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services (Services) on an as-requested basis in support of the City-s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and broader infrastructure development initiatives. The City expects to award multiple contracts as a result of this RFQual. Qualified firms should demonstrate technical competence, municipal experience, and qualified personnel capable of delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective engineering services in accordance with City standards and applicable regulations in their RFQual responses.Awarded firms shall provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for planning, design, and delivery of public works projects and improvements on an as-requested basis to include, but not limited to, construction documentation, cost estimating, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
