- Sealed Bids for the construction of the Country Estate Mobile Home Park Water System Improvements project will be received at the Martin Memorial Hall, 5259 US Route 5, Ascutney, VT 05030 on December 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The mailing address for bids is P.O. Box 550, Ascutney, VT 05030. Bidders submitting a bid by U.S. Mail shall allow for adequate delivery time. The Project consists of approximately 2,700 feet of replacement water main, 3,500 feet of new water service pipe and appurtenances for existing water customers in Country Estate Mobile Home Park, including the installation of new meter pits and final plumbing connections underneath each home.
