SUBJECT: Request for Quotations Number PR15187122 - Ashgabat Post Procurement of SUV.
The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan invites you to submit quotation for the PR15187122 Ashgabat Post Procurement of SUV. The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting the technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
Complete the Schedule portion of the Standard Form 18, including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company; Provide detailed Quotation, accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language); Provide proof of SAM (System for Award Management) valid registration at the award; Complete the NDAA 889 Compliance Certification; Complete the Certification Regarding Compliance with Applicable Federal Anti-Discrimination Law.Complete all above or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected.
Your quotation must be submitted on or before 17:00 PM Ashgabat time on April 8, 2025 in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation PR15187122 Enclosed" to:
