This Solicitation Is Issued To Establish An Open Agency Contract To Procure Asphalt Plant Mix In Accordance With The Documents Contained Herein. This Is An Open Agency Contract With No Minimum Or Maximum Purchases Required. The Asphalt Plant Mix Bidder Must Be A Supplier/source Listed On The Current Qualified Products List (qpl) #45. The Supplier/source Must Be On The Qpl No Later Than The Closing Date And Time Of The Request For Quote. Contact The Office Of Materials And Research At (404) 608-4885 Regarding Application And Acceptance On The Qualified Products List.
