Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and capability of certified 8(a) Small Businesses. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Asset Sales (OAS) requires contractor support to assist with asset sales. Services shall include executing loan sales initiatives for single family loans, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loans, and multifamily/healthcare loans. Services shall also include assisting with closing transactions such as transferring assets to winning bidders, monitoring and reporting on breaches, and performing Ad HOC tasks relative to the loan sales program.

The Contractor shall provide support and assist OAS with asset sales. The asset sales program primarily encompasses four types of note sales including:

Home Equity Conversion Mortgages Single Family Forward Loans Multifamily and Healthcare Notes Other Government Assets
The Contractor shall gather and provide appropriate information to the investor community about the assets to be sold, ensure investors are qualified to purchase, market the offering to a maximum number of investors to produce best pricing to the government, assist with closing the transactions, and conduct post-closing tasks to transfer assets to winning bidders. These services shall include:
