The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue an invitation for bid (IFB) for a non-commercial construction of Perimeter Fencing North RTA at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), North Dakota. The contractor shall provide all materials, plans, travel, plant, labor and equipment necessary to construct AT-Repair Perimeter Security Fencing North Side in the general areas of work identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings.
A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 30 May 2024. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price contract. The total period of performance, given all options exercised, will be for a period of 120 days post Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside.
A formal IFB will be issued via beta.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed.
