This Industry Day event is for market research purposes only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 - Market Research. Participation is voluntary. This Industry Day is not related to any specific contract action or solicitation and no contract award will result from participation. All costs associated with attendance/travel and preparation of capability statements shall be at the Contractor-s expense and no reimbursement will be provided by the Government.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) will be hosting an Industry Day event starting on June 25, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Eastern Time) at ATF Federal Explosives Licensing Center, 244 Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV, 25405. Additional dates will be publicized depending on the needs of the Bureau and information gained of required market research finding/reporting information. This event provides mission-focused outreach for the commercial marketplace and seeking vendor participation that possess competencies in support of National Firearms Act Division programs. The purpose of the Industry Day event (under NAICS Code 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services) is to provide an opportunity for vendors to share the most recent products or services and proposed solutions to include new innovation and technology that could provide direct support to ATF-s Firearms Operations Division and National Firearms Act Division mission and programs. - Documents:
