Project Number: 570-25-501, Project Title: ATS Replacements in Boiler Plant, B3, B25, and T5 at Fresno VA.
This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offerors must be able to provide materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, and administrative support for the installation and replacement of several Automated Transfer Switches (ATS) for the Boiler plant, B3, B25, and T5 at the Fresno VA Medical Center all of the work cited in the Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications, and Drawings attached.
Government intends to award a TOPR firm-fixed price without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined to be in the best interest of theGovernment. The basis of an award is price only and price related factors included in this request for proposal.Offerors must be verified in the SBA's Dynamic Small Business Search as an SDVOSB to be eligible for consideration.This requirement is set-aside for SDVOSBs that are VISN 21, MACC GROUP 2 Contract Holders.
