Description:
The Purpose Of This Rfq Is To Solicit Bid Proposals For The Trash Removal & Single Stream Recycling Services For A Period Of One (1) Year, With Four One (1) Year Renewal Options. The Intent Of This Rfq Is To Award A Contract To That Responsible Bidder(s) Or Contractor(s) Whose Bid Proposal, Conforming To This Rfq Is Most Advantageous To The University, Price And Other Factors Considered. Services Under This Contract Include, But Are Not Limited To, Furnishing And Servicing Designated Solid Waste Disposal And Recycling Containers Of Various Sizes And Locations On Or Near The Campus Of Augusta University. The University Will Designate Where Containers Will Be Placed, The Size Of The Containers, And The Frequency Of Service At Each Location. The University Is Committed To The Reduction Of Solid Waste Generation. The Contractor Agrees To Cooperate With The University And Its Designees In The Advancement Of Source Reduction And Education Strategies In Order To Enhance Both Of These Activities.
