Description:
The County of San Mateo - County Executive Office, is seeking the services of a qualified Audio-Visual (AV) Integrator firm to assist with designing, planning and installing AV equipment in conference spaces located within County facilities such as Board of Supervisors chambers, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and multi purpose rooms. The goal is to enhance the overall functionality, user experience, and reliability of audio-visual equipment and systems presently in use or to create new spaces. The selected vendor will provide recommendations, design work, and implementation strategies that align with recognized industry standards and best practices.NOTE: attendance of the pre-proposal meeting and site walk-through on Friday, April 11 at 10am is REQUIRED in order to to propose.The results of this RFP may results in the award of one or more contracts by the County. The solicitation results may also be utilized by other governmental entities.
