Description
The Defense Finance and Account Services Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for audio visual (AV) support services.
A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached, including Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2.
A Contractor Capability Survey is attached.
The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise for comprehensive AV operational and technical support including:
Providing appropriate AV rental equipment, providing seamless AV operations, providing timely assistance to users, performing basic and advanced troubleshooting, performing routine and emergency maintenance, performing system checks and updates.
Knowledge of integrating AV components to maintain technological relevance and high-performance standards while ensuring equipment security in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines.
Certification by the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) and able to demonstrate abilities, skills, and knowledge in Rigger, theatre, and entertainment. Skilled Audio-Visual technicians with a valid state driver-s license.If your company is interested, please respond to the contact listed below by submitting the Contractor Capability Survey, including estimated pricing and past performance information, and include a capability statement explaining in detail the magnitude of your experience in the above referenced subject matter area.
