THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT
The contractor shall provide management, services/labor, tools, supplies, and equipment to perform consultation and installation services for the audio visual equipment listed below located on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Bldg. 91, Auditorium.
Provide and install two (2) HDMI wall plate connections for additional government furnished tripod camera connections. Provide and install one (1) HD-SDI output connection to connect government furnished recorder Provide and install one (1) LG 65" display to replace damaged government owned 65" display Provide and install two (2) XLR wall plates in the rear of the auditorium. Each wall plate will have two (2) XLR microphone inputs and two (2) XLR mic/line outputs. Remove government furnished camera in the rear of the auditorium from the wall and ceiling mount it closer to the front of the auditorium to prevent camera video shaking. Provide XPanel capabilities for the government furnished iPAD for control. 1-Year On-Site Service Contract on all new AV Equipment Anticipated period of performance: 28JUL2025-28OCT2025iSoft was the original installer of the existing system. Modifications and additions to their original configuration are best completed by iSoft. Allowing other companies to modify the iSoft installed software and hardware would add time and complexity to the installation, jeopardize remaining warranty and support from iSoft and add undue risk to the government. Award will be sole sourced to iSoft.
