- The District seeks proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountants to perform an annual audit of its financial transactions and accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The audit must comply with Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and include the completion of the Uniform System of Financial Records for Arizona School Districts (USFR) Compliance Questionnaire (CQ).This contract includes the option for annual renewal for up to four additional one-year terms. However, the District reserves the right to suspend the contract in any year where federal award expenditures fall below the qualifying threshold outlined in the Uniform Guidance.
