This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to HI-TECH ELECTRIC LLC 2025 Annual Meeting at Walter E. Washington Convention Center 801 Mount Vernon Pl NW, Washington, DC 20001 from October 13 - October 15, 2025 for the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, Fort Knox, KY 40121. This sole source award to Hi-Tech Electric LLC is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
