- The Department Of Children And Families (Dcf/Department) Is Seeking To Meet The Needs Of Dcf Involved Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asd) And Intellectual Disabilities (Id) Diagnosis. Dcf Is Seeking To Strengthen Our Best Practices To Engage Families And Support Children With Asd And/Or Id With A Special Focus On Children Ages 0-5. The Contractor Awarded As A Result Of This Rfq Would Help Design And Develop A Statewide Framework That Advances The Dcf Practice, Identifies Community Partners, Establishes Or Strengthens Collaborations, Identifies Training Needs, Identifies Service Gaps, And Proposes Data Informed Strategies To Sustain The Framework. The Contractor Will Also Be Available For Case Specific Consultations. This Award Will Be Through A Personal Service Agreement.
