REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)Date: 28 November 2022The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source). The proposed manufacturer is Autodesk, Inc., and DLT Solutions, LLC is the only distributor that holds a Department of Defense, Enterprise Software Initiative, Enterprise Software Agreement. DLT Solutions, LLC is located at: 2411 Dulles Corner Park Ste 800, Herndon, VA 20171-6168.NEMSCOM requires a building design software package, a portfolio of interoperable design applications that supports Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) based workflows to help professionals design, simulate, visualize, and construct buildings. NEMSCOM currently has an Autodesk Building Design Suite Standard 2016 Government Subscription, which expires 16 October 2022. The replacement building design software package shall be compatible with Autodesk Building Design Suite Standard 2016 Government Subscription. All files that have been saved with the Autodesk Building Design Suite Standard 2016 Government Subscription are required to be seamlessly converted to the replacement building design software package. The products found to meet the needs of the government are Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection IC Government New Multi-user ELD Annual Subscription and AutoCAD - AD Government New Multi-user ELD Annual Subscription.The contractor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller such that OEM service is provided and maintained by the OEM. All associated software licensing and service shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement.
