Description:
The Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, And Incidentals And Performing All Work Required To Construct Complete In Place And Ready To Operate: Work Shall Include All Materials, Labor And Construction Of Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Animal Enclosure Relocation Project. Scope Includes Demolition Of Existing Structures And Tree Removal. Construction To Include Poured-in-place Concrete Walls, Slabs, Stairs, And Sidewalks, Mse Walls To Be Permitted By The Contractor, Stainless Steel Handrails, Associated Drainage, And Engineered Wood Fiber Surfacing, As Well As Other Work Shown In The Drawings. Some Minor Electrical Work Is Included For Outlets Inside The Enclosure Area. All Work Described Above Shall Be Performed As Shown On The Drawings And As Specified.
