- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with format in FAR part 12; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is a solicitation only and quotes are being requested. The NEARNG does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice and is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. The Government is not obligated to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions with contractors, solicit final revised quotes, and use other techniques associated with FAR Part 15.
