Description
West Desert Test Center/Chemical Test Division (WDTC/CTD) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah requires a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to develop, design, and fabricate specialized Chemical Warfare Agent (CWA) test chambers, Aerosol Vapor Liquid Assessment Group (AVLAG) and Seams/Closure Test Chamber. The AVLAG test chamber is used to test US Army protective clothing ensembles during development and final version acceptance phases. -The AVLAG Test Chamber acquisition is for the test chamber, contractor installation of the chamber at DPG, and operator training, and maintenance.
The AVLAG and S/C test chamber must be designed to meet a negative pressure atmosphere and when completed must be verified, validated, and certified to support test programs by US Army DPG, U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) as a validated test fixture. Salient requirements have been developed and will provide specific requirements for the AVLAG and S/C test chamber.
The Government projects award for September 2025 and fiscal year 2025 RDTE funds will be used.
