Description
This requirement is for the Teardown/Test/Evaluation (TT&E) and repair of Axial Impeller Fan (also known as an "Air Cycle Machine"; NSN 4140-01-127-4674RN, 100526-1, 100526-2 and 100526-3). The Axial Impeller Fan is an internal component of the A/M32C-10C (C-10C) Aircraft Ground Support Air Conditioner (A/C), NSN 4120-01-101-4704. The A/M32C-10C delivers continuous conditioned air for cooling or heating of aircraft equipment, cargo, or personnel during ground servicing and avionics checkout of F15, F16 or other aircraft during ground servicing and checkout. American Turbo Systems Inc (ATS) (CAGE 0WE82) is the OEM for the Axial Impeller Fan. ATS owns the complete Technical Data Package (TDP) needed to repair the Axial Impeller Fan. No other known manufacturer has the current configuration data and equipment necessary to manufacture the Axial Impeller Fan used in the A/M32C-10C. This contract will be a Requirements type, firm fixed price, five-year contract with five annual ordering periods.
