Description
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division intends to solicit and award from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Axon Enterprise Inc of Scottsdale, AZ for the procurement of Conducted Energy Weapons (CEWs), supplemental equipment and training. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contacting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available based on the capabilities of Axon Enterprise Inc. This product and bundle is manufactured exclusively by Axon Enterprises, Inc. with no other resellers.
