The 2nd Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an intent to award a sole source notice. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Docs Friends Inc. under FAR 13.106-1(b)for internet services for Barksdale AFB, LA. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
An extended description of the product being acquired is as follows: This requirement is for the Defenders of Liberty Airshow 2025 at Barksdale AFB, the contractor will provide a B-29 aircraft and crew capable of performing an aerial display showcasing the aircraft's capabilities.
