It's the Government's intent to post an updated SOW & Industry day information in the Fall of 2024.

UPDATE 10 JAN 2024:
The Government will allow industry to ask questions to the Contracting Officer, in writing, regarding the draft SOW until 01 April 2024. All answers will be posted to Sam.gov NLT 01 May 2024.
