The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that the 377th Mission Support Group Contracting Division (377 MSG/PK) intends to issue solicitation FA9401-25-B-0008. Description of Requirement: This project involves the design and construction services to repair the roof of Building 0001 at Kirtland Air Force Base, located at 3825 Edith Blvd, Albuquerque. The primary objective is to upgrade the existing roof to meet Kirtland AFB standards, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. This project will follow a Design/Build (D/B) Statement of Work (SOW), necessitating collaboration between the General Contractor and licensed design professionals. Successfully completing this project will significantly enhance both the roofing integrity and operational capabilities of Building 0001 at Kirtland AFB. Please refer to the SOW for more details.

As outlined by FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude for this effort is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
