Building 1044 Chiller and CRAC Units Replacement
This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing 1 Chiller (70 Ton) and 2 Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) Units (7 & 9 Ton) within Building 1044. This sealed bid is utilizing FAR Part 14. This requirement must utilize brand name ‘Trane- for the 70 Ton Chiller and 'Reliable Controls' for the Building Management System (BMS). Brand Name Justifications will be posted with the solicitation.
The solicitation will be made available no earlier than 16 July 2025. The pre-bid conference / site visit will be held at 0900, Wednesday, 23 July 2025, at 2251 Air Guard Rd SE (Bldg 1064), Kirtland AFB, NM 87117. To attend, you must pre-register, regardless of if you have base access or not. To pre-register, email 150sow.msc.rfprfq@us.af.mil and include your first, middle, and last name, name of your organization NLT 21 July 2025. If you do not have access to Kirtland Air Force Base and need an access pass, please email 150sow.msc.rfprfq@us.af.mil NLT 21 July 2025 and include your first, middle, and last name, your organization, date of birth, driver-s license number and state, and whether you are a US Citizen or not. If not, please provide your country of citizenship.
The deadline to submit questions and request for information (RFI) for this requierment is close of business seven calendar days prior to the bid opening date. Questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
