The work includes partial demolition and new construction required to fully reconfigure and expand existing administrative area located on western side of south and south center bays in Building B107. Project scope includes new wall partitions, doors, ceilings and flooring along with coordination of mechanical, electrical and fire protection disciplines to meet all program requirements. Existing modular office located in the B/25 column grid location is to remain as part of the expansion design layout and incidental related work.
In addition, brand name or equal references are necessary to effectively communicate structural interior colors and finish selections to effectively communicate the design intent of the interior of the facility to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, professional environment. Specific brand name structural finish materials are listed.
