Amendment 1: Correct the offer due date typo in the synopsis information in the description to reflect the correct offer due date. Quotes are due 11 August 2025, at 10 AM PST. Additionally, correct Attach 3- Site Visit infromation to reflect the correct site visit date if 29 July 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number is FA468625QS001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
