This Is Not A Request For Quote, Request For Proposal, Or Invitation For Bid. This is a Sources Sought for Government planning purposes only. Responses to this announcement are not considered quotes or offers, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Shaw AFB 20th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a service of Removal and Installation of Exterior RUBB BVE Liner on a building.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supervision and labor necessary to replace the RUBB BVE covering (60- x 200-) on building 1945. The Contractor shall verify the accuracy of all dimensions ensuring a precise fit and proper alignment with the building-s existing structural components. The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris, waste, and materials generated by the liner replacement at the project site, including the old exterior fabric liner, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
