The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this Solicitaiton, FA461325Q0008, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitaiton/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov.

In accordance with the Brand Name Class Justification and Approval (J&A) for the HVAC Chiller Replacement Standardization program posted on AFICC Launch Pad, this acquisition is for the Brand Name Only: TRANE U.S. INC. product(s).
This Brand Name Class J&A is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Title 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Specifically, as described in FAR 6.302-1(b)(4), the Department of the Air Force has determined in accordance with its HVAC chiller standardization policy, only the makes of HVAC chillers identified will satisfy the agency's need for additional units or replacement items for installation.
As a result of this standardization plicy and and the Brand Name Class J&A, only TRANE U.S. INC. brand products will be considered for acceptability.
