Description
1. This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date of this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a construction contract. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide all design, labor, materials, and supervision to perform asbestos and lead abatement and replace 44 windows at Bldg. 241 Bay B on Travis AFB, CA.The SOW is currently being finalized and will be published with the solicitation.
3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov.
