The Bid Opening is being extended to April 10, 2025 in order to allow the Government to amend the solicitation from a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment. This notice constitutes an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Solicitation W50S8A-24-B-A004 to renovate office space in Building 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base (PEASE ANGB), Newington, NH. The Government seeks to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools equipment, appliances and supervisors needed for the renovation of that site.
The anticipated contract duration shall be approximately 270 days. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings attached to this solicitation. Also be sure to review the attached SF1442 for a complete listing of the applicable provisions and clauses. Please note that the Government is setting this requirement aside as a total 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 236210- Industrial Building Construction which has a small business size standard of $45.0M. The associated PSC code is Y1AA.
Interested parties shall provide their bids to the Government by the closing date and time of this solicitation and shall be available for public opening on 27 March 2025 at 10:00 EST at the Portsmouth Armory located at 801 McGee Drive, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
