Project Title: B3323 Fire Riser
Project Location: Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo Texas
Base Access Letters (BALs) are due 6 March 2025 at 4:00pm (CST).
Site Visit to be held on Tuesday, 12 March 2025 at 9:00AM (CST).
Questions are due by Thursday, 19 March 2025 at 4:00PM (CST).

Any changes will be made in writing via amendment. The Contractor shall remove existing pre action fire-riser, located on the exterior east side of building 3323.
Description: Remove existing piping up to the union located at the top of the riser piping, down to the Victaulic elbow. Remove existing pipe stands and existing sensors. If necessary, replace existing sensors for proper operations of the fire riser for recertification. Replace, and install new pre action valve along with all associated piping, pipe stands, and sensors if applicable. Contractor shall inform the government representative if there are any other deficiencies with the riser system for correction.
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so.
REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If, at the time of award, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
