Set Aside: 100% set aside for small business

Description: 55 CONS/PKT, Offutt Air Force Base, NE intends to issue a firm fixed price, design-build construction contract to include, but not limited to, all labor, equipment, materials, utility services, and proper disposal of all materials as required to design, remove and replace the roof system of the Aircraft Maintenance Administration section of Building 457 to include all new flashing, coping, and drip edges; replace 62 roof drains and install a new Lightning Protection system. The roof-s membrane (PVC) has cracks throughout the 310,000 square foot area caused by wind damage resulting in the need for a total replacement of roof system. All requirements need to meet Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-110-03. Additionally, this requirement includes the option to replace five (5) windows and frames above the U-Corridor.

Total performance period will not exceed 390 days with 150 days for Design and 240 days to complete construction.

Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government will reserve the right to cancel the requirement, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this requirement, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
