Project Title: B457 DESIGN BUILD ROOF REPAIRProject Location: Offutt AFB, NE
This requirement is for the design-build construction to include at a minimum all design, labor, equipment, materials, utility services, and proper disposal of all materials as required to remove and replace the roof system of the Aircraft Maintenance Administration section of Building 457 (B457) at Offutt AFB, NE.
Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted by Wednesday, 30 July 2025 NLT 2:00 PM CDT to Angela LeRoy at angela.leroy@us.af.mil and Amanda Smith at amanda.smith.70@us.af.mil. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to any questions submitted after that date and time. A "confirmed receipt" email will be sent to each Offeror that submits questions by the assigned due date and time. If your company does not receive a "confirmed receipt" then please call Angela LeRoy at 402-232-5956 or Amanda Smith at 402-232-0590.
A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 23 July 2025 beginning at 9:00 AM (CDT). If you are interested in attending, contact Angela LeRoy at angela.leroy@us.af.mil and Amanda Smith at amanda.smith.70@us.af.mil. The Section J Attachment 3, 55 SFS CONTRACTOR/VENDOR NCIC SCREENING & PASS REQUEST, form must be completed (areas highlighted) if you need access to Offutt Air Force Base and it must be sent to Angela LeRoy and Amanda Smith at the above emails NLT Monday, 21 July 2025 by 9:00 AM (CDT). Contractors shall meet at the front entrance to Building 457 (B457) located at 602 Looking Glass Avenue, Offutt AFB, 68113 NLT 8:45 AM (CDT) on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
Contractor questions from the site visit shall be submitted via email to Angela LeRoy at angela.leroy@us.af.mil and Amanda Smith at amanda.smith.70@us.af.mil NLT Wednesday, 30 July 2025 by 2:00 PM CDT.
